Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Fällen und Informationsanfragen im Rahmen des Netzwerks der Europäischen Verbraucherzentren (thematische Schwerpunkte: wirtschaftlicher Verbraucherschutz, zum Beispiel E-Commerce, Finanzdienstleistungen, Tourismus etc.)
  • Möglichkeit der Mitarbeit an Projekten (zum Beispiel redaktionelle und konzeptionelle Entwicklung von Verbraucherinformationen), Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen etc.
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Verbraucherinformationen für das Internet, in Broschüren, Studien und Pressemitteilungen (redaktionelle Arbeiten)
  • Möglichkeit zur Vorbereitung von fachlichen Anfragen von Pressevertretern und Kooperationspartnern

Ihr Profil

Neben fachlichen Kenntnissen und Begeisterung für Europa legen wir Wert auf Teamfähigkeit, Sozialkompetenz, Interdisziplinarität, sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, über den juristischen Tellerrand hinauszublicken. In der Regel bietet es sich an, die Wahlstation bei uns zu absolvieren, sofern dies zu Ihrem Schwerpunktbereich passt. Referendare (m/w/d), die sich auf den Bereich Internetrecht spezialisieren wollen, können ihre Wahlstation auch ausschließlich bei der eCommerce-Verbindungsstelle absolvieren. Je nach Bundesland besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Rechtsberatungsstation in unserer Einrichtung zu absolvieren. Bitte klären Sie dies mit dem zuständigen Justizprüfungsamt.

Warum wir?

Die Ausbildung im Zentrum für Europäischen Verbraucherschutz e. V. ist vielfältig und anspruchsvoll, weil mehrere Einrichtungen Hand in Hand vornehmlich für den grenzüberschreitenden Verbraucherschutz tätig sind. Hier sind nicht nur die Europäischen Verbraucherzentren Deutschland und Frankreich angesiedelt, sondern auch die vom Bundesministerium der Justiz getragene eCommerce-Verbindungsstelle Deutschland sowie ein spezieller Beratungs-Service für Verbraucher der Grenzregion Elsass-Baden. In einem Team von französischen und deutschen Juristen werden Sie Einblicke in den Verbraucherschutz der Europäischen Union gewinnen. Deshalb sollten Sie Interesse am Internationalen Privatrecht und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, grundlegende Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil) mitbringen.
