Das Zentrum für Soziales ist einer der grössten Verbände seiner Art in der Schweiz. Im Auftrag von 28 Gemeinden mit einem Einzugsgebiet von über 100'000 Personen sind wir mit grossem Engagement, niederschwellig und vernetzt in folgenden Bereichen tätig: Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB), Berufsbeistandschaft, Sozialberatung, Mütter- und Väterberatung, Suchtberatung und Schulsozialarbeit. Im Rahmen der freiwilligen Sozialberatung bieten die Sozialarbeitenden auf Basis des gesetzlichen Auftrages (Persönliche Sozialhilfe) Beratung und Begleitung für Jugendliche, Erwachsene, Paare und Familien. Dabei stehen unter anderem folgende Themen im Fokus: Standortbestimmungen in problematischen Lebenssituationen und das Überwinden von persönlichen Notsituationen, Hilfe bei der Klärung von Beziehungsfragen, Erziehungs- und Familienberatung, Klärung von Sozialversicherungsfragen sowie Budgetberatung.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen, Erwachsenen, Paaren und Familien im Rahmen der freiwilligen Sozialberatung
  • Abklärung des Sozialhilfeanspruchs und Begleitung zur Wiedererlangung wirtschaftlicher und sozialer Eigenständigkeit
  • Abklärungen im Kindesschutz im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde
  • Abklärungen und Aufsicht über Pflegeplätze
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Betroffenen und Angehörigen in der Suchtberatung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit involvierten Fachstellen und Institutionen
  • Administrative Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit (FH)
  • Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren Berufsfeldern der Sozialen Arbeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in Sozialversicherungen, Sozialhilfe und ZGB
  • Selbstständige, belastbare und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Freude daran, eine lebendige Teamkultur aktiv mitzugestalten
