Wer sind wir

Im ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE betreuen wir rund 100 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in einer familiären und naturnahen Umgebung im Tösstal. Unser Team aus über 130 Mitarbeitenden sorgt dafür, dass sich Menschen bei uns sicher, respektiert und zuhause fühlen.

Zum ZENTRUM RÄMIS MÜHLE gehören ausserdem ein Hotel\- und Seminarbetrieb, rund 50 Mietwohnungen, ein Lagerhaus, zwei Kinderspielplätze, eine Feuerstelle und unsere Tiergehege für Alpakas, Zwergziegen, \-Schweinchen und Hasen.

Wir suchen Menschen mit und Leidenschaft.

Qualitätsstandards, Hygienekonzept, Checklisten, elektronische Pflegedokumentation und Skill Grade Mix – all dies sind wertvolle Hilfsmittel für eine gute Pflege und Betreuung. Aber worauf es wirklich ankommt, sind Mitarbeitende, die ihre Arbeit mit Freude und Leidenschaft ausüben.

Deine Aufgaben

Du möchtest dauerhaft im Nachtdienst arbeiten? Bei uns erwartet dich ein fixes Nachtmodell mit einem Pensum von 40–80 %. Während der arbeitest du in einem Team von drei Mitarbeitenden und betreust gemeinsam unsere rund 100 Bewohnenden. Bei Bedarf steht eine Pikett\-Unterstützung zur Verfügung.

  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflege und Betreuung während der
  • Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands der Bewohnenden
  • Durchführung von pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
  • Ansprechperson für Notfallsituationen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tagdienst

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit oder dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Anerkanntes Diplom in der Schweiz
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
