Wer sind wir

Im ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE betreuen wir rund 100 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in einer familiären und naturnahen Umgebung im Tösstal. Unser Team aus über 130 Mitarbeitenden sorgt dafür, dass sich Menschen bei uns sicher, respektiert und zuhause fühlen.

Zum ZENTRUM RÄMIS MÜHLE gehören ausserdem ein Hotel\- und Seminarbertrieb, rund 50 Mietwohnungen, ein Lagerhaus, zwei Kinderspielplätze, eine Feuerstelle und unsere Tiergehege für Alpakas, Zwergziegen, Mini\-Schweinchen und Hasen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag
  • Durchführung von Grund\- und Behandlungspflege
  • Unterstützung bei medizinischen Massnahmen
  • Dokumentation im elektronischen Pflegesystem
  • Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team; PEX
  • Mitgestaltung einer wertschätzenden und respektvollen Pflegekultur

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit
  • Anerkanntes Diplom in der Schweiz
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
