Buscamos um(a) Designer Gráfico Júnior para integrar o time de Marketing/Comercial, apoiando a criação, adaptação e organização de materiais gráficos institucionais e comerciais. O(a) profissional atuará em parceria com a equipe interna e com a agência externa, garantindo padronização visual, agilidade nas entregas e alinhamento com o posicionamento da marca.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver layouts e peças gráficas com base nos direcionamentos da agência e da área de marketing, seguindo os templates institucionais.
  • Produzir materiais de comunicação interna, como informativos, comunicados, campanhas internas e ações de endomarketing.
  • Diagramar apresentações (slides) para palestras, treinamentos, reuniões e projetos internos.
  • Adaptar peças desenvolvidas pela agência para diferentes formatos e canais (redes sociais, e-mail marketing, PDF, entre outros).
  • Criar materiais de apoio para produtos e serviços, como propostas comerciais, guias, folders, manuais e relatórios visuais.
  • Desenvolver imagens para mídias sociais (LinkedIn, Instagram, entre outras), alinhadas aos direcionamentos de marketing.
  • Criar, alimentar e organizar banco de imagens, templates e arquivos gráficos.
  • Garantir a padronização visual conforme o manual da marca.
  • Atender demandas rápidas do dia a dia das áreas internas (RH, Gestão de Psicólogos, Comercial, Relacionamento com Cliente, entre outras).
  • Realizar pequenos ajustes de imagem, diagramação e tratamento gráfico.
  • Apoiar a agência com desdobramentos e produções locais quando necessário.

Requisitos

  • Formação em Design Gráfico, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas (cursando ou concluída).
  • Vivência prática ou experiência nas atividades descritas.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas e prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Perfil colaborativo e postura de suporte às áreas internas.
  • Domínio de Canva.
  • Domínio de PowerPoint e/ou Google Slides.
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário do pacote Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator ou similares).
  • Noções de diagramação, tipografia e hierarquia visual.

Escolaridade

Graduação (cursando ou concluída).
