Als Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit in unserem zero Store in Halle (Westfalen) | Ravenna Park sorgst du mit deinem Team dafür, dass sich unsere Kund*innen bei uns richtig wohlfühlen. Als empathische*r Gastgeber*in und Führungskraft erkennst du die Persönlichkeit, die vor dir steht – und was sie von dir braucht. Mit sicherem Blick und gutem Händchen präsentierst du unsere monatlich neuen Kollektionen. Dabei bist du das Herz eines richtig netten Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt, mit freundlichen Area Managern, die dich offen über alles Wichtige informieren. Denn wenn du dich in deinem Job gut fühlst, merkt das auch dein Team, genauso wie unsere Kund*innen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • unterstütze Deinen Store Manager für einen reibungslosen Store-Ablauf inkl. Warenversorgung nach unseren zero-Standards
  • erkenne den Stil unserer Store-Besucher*innen und stelle für sie individuelle Outfits zusammen
  • präsentiere unsere monatlich neuen Kollektionen kreativ im Rahmen der Visual Merchandising-Konzepte
  • tausche dich regelmäßig mit deinem Store Manager aus – zur aktuellen Umsatzentwicklung genauso wie für wertvolles Kollektions-Feedback an unser Produkt-Team
