The posting

AZero Networks is redefining how enterprises approach cybersecurity. Our platform automates

Zero Trust segmentation across networks, identities, and AI agents—helping organizations

prevent ransomware, stop lateral movement, enforce least-privilege access, and reduce the blast

radius of attacks.

We’re looking for driven, curious, and competitive Sales Development Representatives to

join our growing Sales Development Organization.

This is an outbound-first, in-office role. Most of your time will be spent prospecting, making

outbound calls, engaging prospects, and generating qualified meetings for our Regional Sales

Managers. Charlotte is our mandatory location.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other

channels.

• Make outbound calls daily and become highly effective at creating conversations with

cybersecurity and technology leaders.

• Research target accounts and identify key personas, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and

security leaders.

• Develop personalized messaging based on an account's business, technology, and

security challenges.

• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Regional Sales Managers.

• Partner closely with RSMs on territory strategy, target accounts, and opportunities.

• Learn and confidently communicate Zero Networks' value around Zero Trust,

segmentation, least privilege, ransomware, lateral movement, and AI security.

• Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.

• Leverage Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and other sales technologies to stay

organized and effective.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· AI Is Required

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is required.

AI should be part of your everyday sales workflow. We expect our SDRs to use AI to:

• Research accounts and prospects.

• Develop personalized messaging.

• Prepare for conversations and handle objections.

• Analyze information and identify sales opportunities.

• Automate repetitive work and improve productivity.

• Experiment with new ways to prospect more effectively.

1+ Year of SDR or 1+ Year of Cybersecurity Experience Preffered.
