  • Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, database administration, and operational processes using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Python, Linux, and shell scripting.
  • Own the Zeus DevSecOps platform (Atlassian Suite: Confluence, BitBucket, JIRA) and lead Code Review, Change Management, and Design & Development Review cycles.

Integrations & API Governance

  • Manage the enterprise integration architecture across Oracle Integration Cloud, Workato, and REST APIs, connecting Oracle EBS, manufacturing systems, cloud platforms, and external partners.
  • Own and govern the enterprise API framework, including design standards, versioning, security policies, documentation, error handling, and lifecycle management.

  • Lead application modernization initiatives involving cloud adoption, containerization, APIs, and automation; establish development, source control, testing, deployment, and release-management standards.

Manufacturing Technology & Emerging Platforms

  • Provide technical leadership for Ignition SCADA and associated manufacturing technology platforms; lead migrations, deployments, modernization, and production support activities.
  • Evaluate AI tooling and platforms; design and deploy AI development frameworks using SCRUM methodology; provide technical recommendations aligned with Zeus business and operational objectives.

Operations, Governance & Security

  • Lead production support for business-critical systems; establish incident management, root-cause analysis, change management, monitoring, and continuous-improvement practices.
  • Partner with the Information Security team to embed security requirements into application, integration, SCADA, and cloud architecture; ensure compliance with access controls, vulnerability management, and audit requirements across all managed platforms.
  • Manage technology risks, technical debt, and capacity; maintain appropriate documentation, support procedures, and operational readiness.

Team Performance & Cost Management

  • Build and manage a blended, high-performance team of internal staff, offshore resources, and managed service providers; establish skill profiles and resource models that balance cost, quality, and delivery velocity.
  • Define and track team performance metrics, capacity planning, and continuous-improvement targets to demonstrate value and manage operational risk.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
