The posting

Zevenbergen in Ranst, een dienstverleningscentrum voor mensen met een beperking, is op zoek naar een technisch medewerker. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke vakkennis van en affiniteit metloodgieterij. Daarnaast is ervaring met renovatiewerken een absolute meerwaarde waarmee je onze technische dienst naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Samen met je collega's van de technische dienst zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen, woningen en technische installaties dagelijks goed functioneren. Je staat in voor onderhoud, herstellingen en kleine renovatieprojecten binnen onze voorziening. Sporadisch werk je ook op één van onze andere locaties in Duffel, Bonheiden, Heist-op-den-Berg, Kontich of Boechout.

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je combineert technische vakkennis met een praktische aanpak en draagt zo rechtstreeks bij aan een aangename leef- en werkomgeving voor onze cliënten en medewerkers.

Als medewerker van de technische dienst ziet je dag er zo uit…

  • Sanitair & Loodgieterij Herstellen van lekkages en defecten aan sanitaire installaties; Plaatsen en vervangen van kranen, toiletten en sanitaire toestellen; Uitvoeren van aanpassingen aan waterleidingen en afvoeren; Ontstoppen en herstellen van afvoerleidingen.
  • Verwarming & ventilatie Uitvoeren van eerste lijnsonderhoud aan verwarmings- en ventilatie-installaties; Opsporen en en het oplossen van kleine technische storingen; Ondersteunen van gespecialiseerde firma's bij grotere installaties.
  • Renovatie & Afwerkingswerken Uitvoeren van verbouwings- en renovatiewerken; Plaaten van vloer- en wandtegels; Uitvoeren van kleine chape- en bezettingswerken; Herstellen en afwerken van muren, vloeren en andere bouwkundige elementen.
  • Algemeen technisch onderhoud Oplossen van uiteenlopende technische problemen; Ondersteunen bij verhuis-, aanpassings- en verbeteringswerken; Meedenken over duurzame en praktische oplossingen binnen onze gebouwen.
  • Permanentie Je neemt deel aan het permanentiesysteem van de technische dienst (één week om de 2 maanden).

Wie zoeken wij ?

Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Je hebt een goede praktijkkennis van loodgieterij en sanitair.Je hebt een basiskennis van verwarming en ventilatie.Ervaring met renovatie- en afwerkingswerken zoals tegelen, bezetten, vloerwerken of kleine chapewerken is een sterke troef.Je bent handig, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag zelfstandig.Je hebt ook voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid.Je bent een teamspeler die vlot communiceert met collega's, cliënten en medewerkers.Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
