Als Backstubenleitung bei Zeit für Brot gestaltest Du unsere Führungskultur aktiv mit, gibst Deinem Team Orientierung und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Abläufe und Zusammenarbeit jeden Tag stimmen. Bei uns zählt nicht nur gutes Handwerk, sondern auch ein Miteinander, in dem sich jede*r einbringen und weiterentwickeln kann.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Leitung und Organisation der Backstube mit Blick auf reibungslose Abläufe, Qualität und ein motiviertes Team
  • Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Produkt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Einkauf, Warenkontrolle und Qualitätsprüfung unserer Rohstoffe
  • Einhaltung und Überprüfung unserer Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistenden

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäckerin und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Backstube
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Bäckermeisterin oder Konditormeisterin
  • Leidenschaft für echtes Backhandwerk und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ein gutes Gespür für strukturierte Abläufe, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team anzupacken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten im Arbeitsalltag
