Du bist ein begeisterungsfähiger Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne mit hochwertigen Bio-Zutaten ? Dann werde Teil unseres herzlichen Teams, bei dem der Einsatz jedes Einzelnen zählt. Durch Deine Arbeit gestaltest Du täglich die Führungskultur bei Zeit für Brot mit und sorgst dafür, dass Dein Team sich wohlfühlt und, dass alle Abläufe in unserer Snackküche reibungslos funktionieren.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Herstellung von frischen Stullen, Salaten und Müslis für unseren Standort in Berlin
  • Sicherstellen unserer Qualitätsstandards durch genaue Einhaltung unserer Rezepte
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Prozessen und Abläufen innerhalb der Küche, sowie bei der Produktherstellung
  • Organisation des Einkaufs und Bestellung von Rohstoffen
  • regelmäßige Kontrolle des Wareneingangs
  • Führen des Küchenteams, Personaleinsatzplanung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Einhaltung der betrieblichen Hygienemaßnahmen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften nach HACCP, sowie Kontrolle deren Umsetzung bei der Vorbereitung, Verarbeitung und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
