Als Teil unserer Backstube verbindest Du Handwerk mit Führung: Du packst selbst mit an, behältst die Abläufe im Blick und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Backwaren jeden Tag in gleichbleibend hoher Qualität entstehen.

Dabei gestaltest Du die Führungskultur bei Zeit für Brot aktiv mit und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Handwerk im Mittelpunkt stehen.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung bei der Leitung und Organisation der Backstube mit Blick auf reibungslose Abläufe und ein motiviertes Team
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes sowie Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards bei Backwaren und Produktionsprozessen
  • Einkauf, Warenkontrolle und Qualitätsprüfung unserer Rohstoffe
  • Einhaltung und Überprüfung unserer Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistenden

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäckerin und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Backstube
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Bäckermeisterin oder Konditormeisterin
  • Leidenschaft für echtes Backhandwerk und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung, Anleitung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und strukturierte Abläufe
  • Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team anzupacken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Motivation und Belastbarkeit
