Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Verantwortung für den Lehr\- und Forschungsschwerpunkt Wirtschaftspsychologie.
  • Eigenständige Akquise von Drittmitteln bei nationalen und internationalen Forschungsförderungsinstitutionen (z.B. Schweizerischer Nationalfonds, Innosuisse, EU\-Förderung) sowie Leitung, Durchführung und Publikation entsprechender Forschungsprojekte.
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten und Lehrveranstaltungen in Lehre und Weiterbildung.
  • Akquise und Durchführung von Dienstleistungsprojekten im Themengebiet Wirtschaftspsychologie.
  • Aktives Engagement in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung in der Lehre, Weiterbildung und im Praxistransfer sowie zur Profilierung der verantworteten Themen und der Organisation.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Psychologie (MSc) mit Promotion in Wirtschaftspsychologie.
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Praxiserfahrung ausserhalb des Hochschulumfeldes.
  • Forschungsexpertise mit Erfolgsausweis in der Akquise von EU Forschungsprojekten und der Leitung drittmittelfinanzierter Forschungsprojekte inklusive Publikationstätigkeit.
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse und Erfolgsnachweis in der Aus\- und Weiterbildung auf Hochschulstufe, idealerweise mit entsprechender hochschuldidaktischer Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Leitung von Weiterbildungsangeboten auf Stufe CAS/MAS inklusive Kundengewinnung und \-betreuung.
  • Etabliertes Netzwerk im Fachbereich.
