The posting

Dental Assistant

Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Somerset

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during dental examinations and treatments
  • Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to hygiene standards
  • Assist with patient registration, appointments, and enquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dental treatment areas
  • Manage dental supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of relevant dental assistant experience is required
  • Familiar with dental instruments, procedures, and chairside assistance
  • Knowledge of dental sterilization and infection control procedures
  • Good patient care and interpersonal skills
  • Able to assist dentists efficiently during treatments
  • Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
