The posting

Bij ons beoefen je de reumatologie in de volle breedte. Onze vakgroep verzorgt spreekuren op de hoofdlocatie in Harderwijk en daarnaast op onze buitenpoli’s in Lelystad en Dronten. Binnen onze vakgroep werken 5 reumatologen en 4 reumaverpleegkundigen. De polikliniek wordt actief ondersteund door doktersassistenten en een medisch secretariaat. Samen met de reumaverpleegkundigen zorgen we voor onze patiënten met o.a. reumatoïde artritis, artritis psoriatica en jicht.

Onze vakgroep maakt deel uit van de SRU (Stichting Reumaonderzoek Utrecht), waarbinnen wij participeren met wetenschappelijke studies en refereeravonden. We hebben twee echo-apparaten en twee nagelriemmicroscopen tot onze beschikking. We leiden regelmatig coassistenten op. Daarnaast participeren we actief in vakgroep- en stafgerelateerde taken en verzorg je nascholingen

Maandelijks bespreken we onze patiënten met de internisten op het MDO Immunologie en de radiologen (MDO radiologie). Op het gebied van systeemziekten brengen we casuïstiek in binnen het ARCH netwerk. We hebben binnen ons ziekenhuis goede contacten met o.a. de dermatologen, orthopeden en longartsen. Digitalisering van zorgprocessen is in ons ziekenhuis een belangrijk speerpunt; sinds kort loopt er het project telemonitoring bij reumatoïde artritis.

De sfeer binnen ons ziekenhuis is zowel op de polikliniek als op de verpleegafdelingen zeer plezierig. Contact met andere specialisten wordt gekenmerkt door laagdrempeligheid en korte lijnen.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je bent een enthousiaste, allround reumatoloog of je bent een AIOS die binnenkort de opleiding afrondt. Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en heb je hart voor de perifere praktijk. Ervaring met echografie en ervaring of interesse in bestuurswerk is een pré. Een bijdrage leveren aan de interne organisatie van de vakgroep en eventueel commissiewerk kan ook tot het takenpakket horen. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn hierbij vanzelfsprekend.

  • Werken in een hecht en veelzijdig team, waarbij we via een shared care principe met reumaverpleegkundigen samenwerken.
  • Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling op medisch specialistisch gebied en plaats voor een eigen aandachtsgebied.
  • Het salaris van een reumatoloog is in overeenstemming met de Arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling Medisch Specialisten (AMS).
  • Na het eerste jaar zetten we een tijdelijk contract om in een vaste aanstelling, wanneer je goed in ons team blijkt te passen.
