Context ziekenhuisschool

  • De leerlingen die les volgen in de ziekenhuisschool hebben (bijna) altijd een thuisschool waar zij ingeschreven zijn als vaste leerling
  • De ziekenhuisschool biedt onderwijs aan jongeren opgenomen op een psychiatrische afdeling (type 5, OV4)
  • In afstemming met de thuisschool, biedt de ziekenhuisschool een traject aan voor de duur van de opname van de leerling dat zo goed mogelijk aansluit bij de dringendste en belangrijkste onderwijsnoden
  • Doel: de schoolse achterstand van de leerling tot een minimum beperken en een vlotte herinstroom in de thuisschool na opname bewerkstelligen

Taken

  • Participeren aan klassenraden
  • Oefeningen en praktische taken voor leerlingen opstellen en hun kennis evalueren in overleg met de thuisschool van de leerling
  • Afstemmen met de thuisschool van de leerling i.v.m. lesinhouden
  • Het leerlingenvolgsysteem invullen en de directeur en collega's informeren tijdens klassenraden
  • Toezicht houden over het gedrag van de leerlingen
  • De toepassing van het interne reglement, veiligheidsvoorschriften en gedragsregels controleren
  • Lessen voorbereiden en het pedagogische project naleven
  • Bachelor lager onderwijs met interesse secundair onderwijs
  • Kennis van psychiatrische ziektebeelden is een meerwaarde
  • Geïndividualiseerd onderwijs aan gehospitaliseerde jongeren in het Psychiatrisch ziekenhuis Myna (Campus Melveren, Sint-Truiden).
