仕事内容

  • メール、SNS、コールドコール、イベント等を通じて新規顧客を積極的に開拓し、パイプラインを構築。あわせてインバウンドリードの精査を行い、質の高い商談機会を創出
  • マーケティング、ソリューションズアーキテクト、パートナー各チームとクロスファンクショナルに連携し、顧客ニーズの把握、最適なソリューションの構築、シームレスな顧客体験の提供を推進
  • ソリューションセリングのアプローチとMEDDICセールス手法を活用し、顧客の課題を深く理解するとともに、ビジネスインパクトを定量化し、Zillizのバリュープロポジションを効果的に訴求
  • エンゲージメントからクロージングまでセールスプロセス全体をオーナーとして推進。複雑なエンタープライズ案件の交渉、正確なACV/TCV予測の管理、既存顧客における成長機会の発掘を担当
  • Zillizブランドの伝道者として、主要な差別化ポイントを発信し、協働と共同成果を重視するハイパフォーマンスなチーム文化の醸成に貢献

応募資格

  • データベースまたはデータインフラ領域における5年以上の営業実績。アーリーステージのスタートアップや急成長企業での経験があれば尚可
  • スピード感のある革新的な環境で自律的に行動できるセルフスターター。困難な状況にも粘り強く対応し、素早く立て直す回復力を持つ方
  • オープンソース技術およびAI/ML技術への強い関心と情熱。最新のトレンドやプロダクトを常にキャッチアップし続ける意欲のある方
