The posting

About the team

You'll be part of Zillow's Product Management organization, where cross-functional teams come together to build customer-centered experiences that make it easier to unlock life's next chapter. The Connections Platform team specializes in the technology that drives seamless connections between all Zillow lines of business and our valued customers — dependably enabling meaningful connections no matter where they are in their journey. We value curiosity, thoughtful collaboration, and a shared commitment to creating impactful products for customers, partners, and the business.

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Connections Platform leads complex product strategy and roadmap execution for a platform that serves as the foundation for multiple products across Zillow. This role partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define vision, prioritize work, and deliver scalable, data-informed solutions — including our core Leads service and Switchboard Agents, an agentic harnessing platform aimed at enabling agentic experiences across Zillow.

You Will Get To

  • Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connections Platform, aligning with company strategic priorities and customer needs
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and optimization — using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions
  • Partner with teams across Zillow to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and technical trade-offs
  • Build prototypes, auditing and configuration portals, and more by leveraging AI tools such as Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code
  • Analyze leads data and leverage AI tools to identify opportunities to improve our platforms and ultimately improve the customer experience
  • Shape the future of agentic connections by building services that enable the next generation of lead nurturing, classification, and customer engagement
  • Mentor less experienced product managers or peers on product discovery, prioritization, and execution best practices

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and guiding features from discovery through launch in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to understand and define API contracts, database schemas, and best-in-class pipeline architectures
  • Proven ability to use data, AI tools, and experimentation to inform product decisions and drive measurable impact
  • Experience building scalable products that anticipate future needs and serve a wide range of internal clients and use cases

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
