ZIMMERzuVERMIETEN.ch bietet Monteurzimmer, Gruppen Apartments und Business Apartments für Firmenpartner und Privatgäste im Schweizer Mittelland. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Deitingen suchen wir eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie beraten Partner und Gäste telefonisch und per E-Mail bei der Wahl einer passenden Unterkunft.
  • Sie erstellen Offerten und bearbeiten Buchungen, Verlängerungen, Umbuchungen und Stornierungen.
  • Sie unterstützen Gäste bei Fragen zum Check-in, zum Zimmerzugang und zu ihrem Aufenthalt.
  • Sie bearbeiten dringende Anliegen während des Pikettdienstes und koordinieren bei Bedarf mit den zuständigen Personen.
  • Sie dokumentieren Absprachen sorgfältig und stellen eine klare Übergabe im Team sicher.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst, im Verkauf, in der Administration oder in der Hotellerie – Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Partnern und Gästen sowie eine freundliche, verbindliche Kommunikation.
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sie bleiben auch bei dringenden Anliegen ruhig und finden praktische Lösungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und die Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Buchungssysteme einzuarbeiten.
  • Die festgelegten Arbeits- und Pikettzeiten passen langfristig zu Ihrem Alltag.

Mittwoch 13.00 bis 17.00 Uhr im Büro 17.00 bis 22.00 Uhr Pikettdienst im Homeoffice

Donnerstag 17.00 bis 22.00 Uhr Pikettdienst im Homeoffice

Jede zweite Woche zusätzlich

Freitag

13.00 bis 17.00 Uhr im Büro 17.00 bis 22.00 Uhr Pikettdienst im Homeoffice

Samstag und Sonntag
