The posting

Zinder is een verwarmings- en aircobedrijf uit Kontich. Onze missie is simpel: we willen mensen laten genieten van warmte en koeling in huis die lang blijft nazinderen. We willen uitgroeien tot de meest betrouwbare referentie in regio Antwerpen op het vlak van verwarming en airco. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar een administratief medewerker (deeltijds) die mee de dagelijkse werking van ons kantoor in goede banen leidt. Wat ga je doen?

Telefoneren, facturen maken, plannen, opvolgen... Saai wordt het bij ons niet! Jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, techniekers en leveranciers.

  • Klantencontact: je bent de vriendelijke stem aan de telefoon en het aanspreekpunt via mail. Je helpt klanten verder, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Planning en organisatie: je stelt mee de planning van onze techniekers op, plant onderhoudsafspraken in en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Administratie: je verwerkt werkbonnen, onderhoudsattesten en houdt onze administratie netjes op orde.
  • Aankoop: je bestelt materialen bij leveranciers, volgt leveringen op en houdt de voorraad mee in de gaten.
  • Offertes: je plant plaatsbezoeken in en helpt bij het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Facturatie: je zet klantenfacturen klaar, verwerkt leveranciersfacturen en volgt betalingen op.
  • Personeelsadministratie: je geeft de lonen door aan ons sociaal secretariaat en houdt verlofsaldi en personeelsdossiers up-to-date.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je krijgt energie van mensen helpen. Je bent vriendelijk, denkt in oplossingen en laat klanten met een goed gevoel achter.
  • Je communiceert helder en vlot in het Nederlands. Zowel aan de telefoon als op papier.
  • Je hebt ervaring met administratie en planning. Ken je ook de bouw- of installatiesector? Mooi meegenomen!
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig. Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt ervan als alles klopt.
  • Je houdt van structuur, maar ook van afwisseling. Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je ziet werk en neemt initiatief. Je wacht niet tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren, maar steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent digitaal mee. Je werkt vlot met de computer en leert graag nieuwe programma's kennen.
