About the Role

Zinier is looking for a sharp, analytical generalist to work closely with senior leadership on business development, partnerships, strategy, and company building. Think of it as the work of a strong consulting Associate, but from inside a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.

You will not need prior expertise in every area. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, think clearly, communicate simply, and execute with high quality.

What You Will Work On

  • Business development: Understand client and partner problems, shape solutions, and build the pitch decks and proposals that go into those conversations.
  • Partnerships: Research potential partners, build partnership theses, and support leadership in partner discussions.
  • Strategy and M&A: Map markets, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and turn research into clear recommendations.
  • GTM and company initiatives: Support strategic projects across sales, marketing, and customer success, including OKR reviews and business cases.
  • Executive communication: Turn rough inputs and complex information into polished, executive-ready presentations and content.

At its core, the role asks you to take a problem such as 'We are meeting this partner; figure out why they should work with Zinier' and drive it from research to a finished pitch.

What We Are Looking For

Must haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or a similarly analytical and high-ownership environment.
  • Direct, client-facing experience.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a Tier 1 institution (an MBA is not required).

You will thrive here if you

  • Break down ambiguous problems and form a clear point of view, rather than simply summarising research.
  • Communicate crisply in writing, in conversation, and through strong slides and spreadsheets.
  • Pick up unfamiliar industries and business models quickly, with genuine commercial curiosity.
  • Work independently, care about quality, and see work through to completion.
  • Use AI tools as leverage without outsourcing your thinking to them.

Nice to have: Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or field service; experience with pitch decks, proposals, or M&A; or experience supporting founders and senior executives.
