Boliden Zinkgruvan söker nu en strukturerad dokumentationsansvarig som vill ta en nyckelroll i arbetet med att utveckla och säkerställa kvaliteten i vår anläggningsdokumentation. Tjänsten tillhör sektionen Projekt- och förändringsarbete inom Verksamhetsutveckling. Vi söker dig som trivs med att skapa struktur, har ett tekniskt intresse och tycker om att samarbeta med människor i olika delar av organisationen. Du är kvalitetsmedveten, noggrann och har förmågan att se både detaljer och helhet.

Om rollen Som dokumentationsansvarig ansvarar du för att säkerställa att verksamheten har tillgång till korrekt, uppdaterad och lättillgänglig anläggningsdokumentation. Du fungerar som ett viktigt stöd till projektledare, underhållsorganisation och driftverksamhet vid såväl förändringar som nyanskaffningar av utrustning. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med flera delar av verksamheten och ger stora möjligheter att påverka både arbetssätt och utvecklingen av våra system för dokumenthantering.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Ansvara för strukturering, administration och arkivering av anläggningsdokumentation. Säkerställa att dokumentation är korrekt, aktuell och tillgänglig för verksamheten. Kravställa vilken dokumentation som ska levereras vid projekt, investeringar och förändringar. Granska ritningar, tekniska underlag och konstruktionsdokumentation tillsammans med verksamheten. Säkerställa att dokumentationsleveranser följer gällande standarder, riktlinjer och dokumentationsstrukturer. Stödja projektledare, drift- och underhållsorganisationen i dokumentationsfrågor. Bidra vid framtagning och arkivering av teknisk dokumentation kopplad till CE-märkning. Driva och utveckla arbetssätt, rutiner och systemstöd för dokumenthantering. Samarbeta med både lokala och centrala IT-funktioner för att utveckla våra digitala lösningar. Medverka i verksamhetsutvecklingens förbättrings- och förändringsarbete.

Kvalifikationer Teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom teknik, konstruktion eller dokumentationshantering. God teknisk förståelse för maskiners uppbyggnad samt drift- och underhållsprocesser. Erfarenhet av ritningar, teknisk dokumentation eller konstruktionsunderlag. God förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med olika funktioner och yrkesgrupper. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. God datorvana och erfarenhet av system såsom: SAP Excel CAD- eller ritprogram
