The posting

Jij bent de spil in het technische draaiende houden van onze productie in Gent. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven functioneren.

Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt een doeltreffend preventief en curatief onderhoudsbeleid en draagt zo bij aan de continuïteit van onze productie.

Je plant en coördineert de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan onze machines, installaties en rolbruggen en werkt waar nodig zelf operationeel mee.

Je analyseert technische storingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel, veilig en efficiënt worden opgelost.

Je coördineert de dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden en stuurt een klein onderhoudsteam van twee medewerkers aan. Je verdeelt de taken en zorgt voor de nodige begeleiding en opvolging.

Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en neemt gerichte maatregelen om toekomstige technische problemen te voorkomen.

Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema’s en voert analyses uit op stalen uit onze chemische baden. De nodige kennis van chemie wordt intern aangeleerd.

Je identificeert mogelijkheden om processen, installaties en onderhoudsmethodes te verbeteren. Na overleg met de Plant Manager en het technisch management werk je deze verbeteringen verder uit en zorg je voor de implementatie.

Je integreert energie-, milieu- en veiligheidsmaatregelen in de dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Je beheert de voorraad van technische onderdelen en materialen en staat in voor de nodige technische bestellingen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager.

Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektromechanica of industriële onderhoudstechnieken.

Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in een industriële onderhoudsomgeving.

Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica en hebt ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen.

Je bent vertrouwd met industriële installaties zoals rolbruggen, takels, pompen, pneumatische en geautomatiseerde installaties, heftrucks, luchtcompressoren en afzuiginstallaties.

Je weet medewerkers op een motiverende en coachende manier te begeleiden.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Je bent een initiatiefnemer, communiceert vlot en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team.

Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd voorop.

Je bent flexibel en schakelt vlot bij dringende technische storingen.

Je beheerst het Nederlands goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Attesten zoals BA5, heftruck, rolbrug of hoogtewerker zijn een pluspunt.

Je hebt een goede basiskennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel en Outlook.
