Deine Aufgaben

Express- und Sondertransporte sind unser Tagesgeschäft. Gleichzeitig betreuen wir für unsere Großkunden regelmäßig umfangreiche Ausschreibungen und entwickeln individuelle Transportlösungen. Dafür suchen wir einen Senior Tender Manager, der dieses Thema eigenverantwortlich übernimmt. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position verantwortest Du unser gesamtes Tender Management – von der Kalkulation über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Präsentation beim Kunden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Sales, Transport Management und Legal zusammen und berichtest direkt an den Leiter Transportmanagement.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

• Du verantwortest unser gesamtes Tender Management und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Ausschreibungen • Du kalkulierst nationale und internationale Transportausschreibungen und entwickelst wirtschaftliche Angebote • Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Tarifmodelle und Preisstrukturen kontinuierlich weiter • Du erstellst Angebotsunterlagen und präsentierst diese professionell bei unseren Kunden – überwiegend per Videocall • Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team bei Ausschreibungen, Großkundenangeboten und Massenangeboten • Du prüfst Kundenverträge gemeinsam mit Legal und stellst sicher, dass wirtschaftliche Risiken frühzeitig erkannt werden • Du analysierst Ausschreibungen, Preise und Margen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab • Du bearbeitest Lieferantenauskünfte und unterstützt bei weiteren vertriebsnahen Analysen • Du entwickelst Prozesse und Standards im Tender Management kontinuierlich weiter

Das bringst Du mit

Neben Spaß an der Arbeit ist uns Folgendes wichtig:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tender Management oder Pricing in der Transport- oder Logistikbranche • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation komplexer Transportangebote und Ausschreibungen • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und äußerst sorgfältig • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch • Du trittst souverän gegenüber Kunden auf und kannst auch komplexe Angebote überzeugend präsentieren • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und arbeitest eigenständig • Idealerweise kennst Du den europäischen Straßengüterverkehr • ​Bereitschaft zu 3-4 Tagen Office in Hamburg • Gute Beer-Pong-Skills würden uns auch weiterhelfen
