Vi befinner oss i en spännande tillväxtfas och söker nu en engagerad och resultatinriktad säljare som vill hjälpa oss att nå fler kunder och öka vår försäljning. Om rollen Som säljare hos oss arbetar du självständigt med att hitta nya kunder, skapa affärsmöjligheter och driva försäljningen framåt. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat: Aktivt identifiera och kontakta potentiella kunder. Arbeta med uppsökande försäljning via telefon, mejl, sociala medier och andra relevanta kanaler. Presentera och sälja våra behandlingar, kurpaket och medlemskap. Identifiera möjligheter till företagssamarbeten och nya försäljningskanaler. Följa upp potentiella kunder och omvandla intresse till bokningar och försäljning. Bidra med egna idéer och initiativ för att öka vår kundtillströmning.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som älskar försäljning, har ett starkt eget driv och motiveras av att nå resultat. Vi tror att du: Är självgående, initiativrik och målinriktad. Har lätt för att kommunicera och sälja in tjänster. Är orädd för att ta första kontakten med nya kunder. Är kreativ och ser möjligheter där andra ser hinder. Är strukturerad och har förmågan att planera ditt eget arbete. Är tävlingsinriktad och motiveras av att uppnå och överträffa försäljningsmål.

Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid personlighet, engagemang och driv. Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet av skönhetsbranschen – vi ger dig den introduktion och produktkunskap du behöver för att lyckas i rollen.
