The Finance Analyst will have the exciting opportunity to join our new Zoetis Finance Rotational Program (FRP) — a structured, three-year development experience designed to build the next generation of Finance leaders. Through 4 planned 9-month rotations, participants will gain broad Finance exposure, meaningful project ownership, senior leadership visibility, and cross-functional collaboration. As part of a cohort approach, the program also includes networking, mentorship from our Finance Leadership Team, and targeted development opportunities.

Program Start Date: June 2027

Open to both Bachelor's and MBA-level recent graduates, with placement and scope of responsibility calibrated to the candidate's degree level and experience.

Rotations will span the following areas of Finance:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes that drive strategic decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Commercial Finance – Partner with business units to analyze market performance, investment returns, and profitability across Zoetis product lines and geographies.
  • Internal Audit – Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices across global operations.
  • Controllership – Gain exposure to accounting close processes, financial reporting, technical accounting matters, and regulatory compliance.

Rotation assignments are determined based on business need, individual skill sets, and participant development goals. Upon successful program completion, Finance Analysts may be considered for permanent Finance roles based on performance, business need, and mutual interest.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
