Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Schön allein reicht Dir nicht: Du gestaltest Designs, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch Reichweite, Leads und Conversions bringen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team testest und optimierst Du, was wirklich funktioniert.
  • Ob Messestand, Roll-up, Banner oder Giveaway – Du sorgst dafür, dass wir auf Messen und Events nicht zu übersehen sind. Von der ersten Idee bis zur druckfertigen Datei.
  • Auch auf Papier machst Du eine gute Figur: Du gestaltest Printanzeigen, Broschüren, Flyer und Mailings und stimmst Dich mit Druckereien und Dienstleistern ab.
  • Digital geht’s genauso kreativ weiter: Du entwickelst Designs für Websites, Landingpages, Social Media, Banner und eBooks – mit einem guten Gespür für eine intuitive User Experience.
  • KI gehört für Dich zum kreativen Werkzeugkasten. Mit passenden Tools erstellst Du Bilder, Illustrationen, Animationen und Varianten und bringst Ideen schneller auf die Straße.
  • Damit nicht jedes Team das Design-Rad neu erfinden muss, entwickelst Du praktische Vorlagen und Templates für Social Media, Präsentationen und Vertrieb.
  • Du hast unseren Markenauftritt immer im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass sich zollsoft überall nach zollsoft anfühlt – egal ob online, auf Papier oder am Messestand.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du bringst etwa 4–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Design mit, idealerweise im Marketing. Dein Portfolio zeigt, dass Du Dich in Print, Digital und am besten auch im Messe- und Eventbereich zu Hause fühlst. Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist ein dickes Plus.
  • Ein Studium im Bereich Design, beispielsweise Kommunikationsdesign, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bildet Dein kreatives Fundament.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma und Canva gehören zu Deinem Handwerkszeug. Auch bei Druckvorstufe und Produktionsdaten weißt Du, worauf es ankommt.
  • KI ist für Dich längst mehr als ein nettes Experiment: Mit Tools wie Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude oder Runway arbeitest Du bereits routiniert und probierst neugierig neue Möglichkeiten aus.
  • Du verlierst Dich nicht im letzten Pixel, wenn es schnell gehen muss. Stattdessen arbeitest Du pragmatisch, setzt Prioritäten und weißt, wann „gut und fertig“ besser ist als „perfekt und irgendwann“.
  • Auch wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig auf Deinem Schreibtisch landen, behältst Du den Überblick, organisierst Dich selbstständig und packst eigenverantwortlich an.
  • Du denkst über den eigenen Design-Tellerrand hinaus, tauschst Dich gerne mit anderen Marketing-Disziplinen und dem Vertrieb aus und hast den gemeinsamen Erfolg im Blick.
  • Um bei uns richtig Fuß zu fassen, beherrschst Du Deutsch und Englisch exzellent in Wort und Schrift.
