Du hast Lust, nicht nur über Web Development und KI zu lernen, sondern beides direkt in echten Projekten auszuprobieren? In unserem Marketing-Team arbeitest Du an Websites und Landingpages mit und findest gemeinsam mit uns heraus, wo KI den Entwicklungsalltag noch ein bisschen smarter machen kann.

Wo Du mit anpacken kannst

  • Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere WordPress-Websites und Landingpages und setzt kleinere Frontend-Anpassungen um.
  • Mit Tools wie Claude Code oder Codex holst Du Dir Unterstützung beim Coden, Troubleshooting und Lernen. Neue KI-Tools und Prompts probierst Du gerne aus. Was gut funktioniert, landet nicht in Deiner persönlichen Trickkiste, sondern direkt bei uns im Team.
  • Deine Code-Anpassungen hältst Du mit Git sauber auf Kurs.
  • Wenn irgendwo etwas hakt, gehst Du auf Fehlersuche und unterstützt bei kleineren Performance-Optimierungen.
  • Eigene Ideen für unsere Webauftritte sind ausdrücklich willkommen – schließlich sitzt Du nicht nur zum Zuschauen mit am Tisch.
  • Werkstudent:in bedeutet bei uns nicht nur zuschauen: Du bekommst echte Projekte, Raum zum Ausprobieren und eine Lernkurve, die Dich fordert, aber nicht ins kalte Wasser wirft.
  • Du arbeitest 20 Stunden pro Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten rund um Studium und Prüfungsphasen. Auch Homeoffice ist möglich, sodass sich der Job auch räumlich gut mit Deinem Studium verbinden lässt.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • HTML, CSS und JavaScript sind für Dich keine Fremdsprachen und auch mit WordPress hast Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt.
  • Page Builder wie Bricks Builder kennst Du vielleicht schon. Erste Berührungspunkte mit PHP und MySQL sind ebenfalls ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • KI musst Du bei uns nicht heimlich im zweiten Tab öffnen. Claude Code, Codex & Co. nutzt Du bereits im Studium oder privat und hast Lust, mit Prompting und neuen KI-Workflows zu experimentieren.
  • Mit Git und den Grundlagen der Versionsverwaltung bist Du bereits vertraut.
  • Du packst gerne selbst mit an, stellst Fragen und hast Lust, Deine Ideen in unser Marketing-Team einzubringen.
  • Um bei uns richtig Fuß zu fassen, beherrschst Du Deutsch fließend auf mindestens C1-Niveau.
