Position Overview:

The Software Orchestration Specialist is an internal-facing role responsible for creating and managing software quotes, bills of materials (BoMs), and select ordering requests for Microsoft, Adobe, and Google opportunities. The role receives and works requests through designated case-management channels, validates that required agreement and opportunity information is available, builds accurate quoting outputs in the appropriate platform, and returns completed details and applicable notes to the requestor or routing team.

This role requires strong attention to detail, working knowledge of publisher programs and quoting requirements, and the ability to identify pricing, SKU, agreement, or platform discrepancies before they create downstream ordering issues. The position supports transactional execution and quoting accuracy; it does not own customer licensing strategy, customer relationship management, renewal ownership, entitlement management, or end-to-end order fulfillment.

What you’ll do as the Software Orchestration Specialist:

  • Create accurate and complete software quotes and BoMs for supported Microsoft, Adobe, and Google programs using the appropriate internal quoting platform or publisher information.
  • Review submitted requests for required customer, agreement, product, quantity, term, billing, and pricing information; document or route requests when required details are missing or fall outside the team’s scope.
  • Manage assigned requests through CE cases, ZonesAssist, or other approved intake channels.
  • Apply current publisher program requirements, agreement details, SKU information, and pricing inputs when preparing quotes and BoMs.
  • Provide clear quote notes, assumptions, term and billing details, or other execution information needed by the requestor to proceed.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies involving SKUs, pricing, agreement details, or platform configuration to the appropriate internal owner for correction.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and status updates so the request history, work completed, and next owner are clear.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, MS Contracts, PPM, Cloud Operations, and other internal teams as needed to complete or correctly route requests.
  • Follow defined quoting processes, quality standards, routing rules, and service-level expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, or related field.
  • Experience in software quoting, software operations, licensing support, order support, sourcing, procurement, or a related transactional role.
  • Working knowledge of at least one supported publisher ecosystem: Microsoft, Adobe, or Google.
  • Experience working with CE, ticketing, quoting, or cloud-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to interpret agreement information, product and SKU details, quantities, terms, billing options, and pricing inputs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies before work is returned or advanced.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and handoffs while maintaining accurate case documentation.
  • Clear written communication and sound judgment when requesting missing information, documenting assumptions, or routing work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
