Als bestuurssecretaris ben je de schakel tussen Raad van Bestuur, managementteam, Raad van Toezicht, medezeggenschap en de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de samenhang en zorgt dat besluiten niet alleen zorgvuldig worden genomen, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij adviseer je over bestuurlijke en strategische vraagstukken en zie je wat nodig is om processen soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als bestuurssecretaris heb je een belangrijke strategische positie bij Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland. Je staat midden in de organisatie en hebt met veel beslissende partijen contact.

Wat houdt deze veelzijdige functie in?

  • Je adviseert over strategische keuzes, governance, compliance en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je houdt overzicht op besluitvorming en je zorgt dat besluiten worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je vervult een centrale rol tussen bestuur, toezicht, medezeggenschap en organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de medezeggenschapsorganen.
  • Je ondersteunt de Raad van Toezicht als ambtelijk secretaris.
  • Je geeft richting aan de samenwerking binnen het bestuurscentrum.

Je bent lid van het managementteam en je staat onder leiding van de Raad van Bestuur. In jouw rol als ambtelijk secretaris stem je rechtstreeks af met de voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Het salaris is conform FWG 70 van de CAO VVT (min € 5.814,36 en max € 8.660,67 op basis van 36 uur).
  • Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering (13e maand).
  • Een strategische sleutelpositie waarin je direct bijdraagt aan goed bestuur en toezicht en de toekomst van de ouderenzorg.
  • Veel ruimte om vanuit jouw expertise richting te geven aan bestuurlijke vraagstukken en organisatieontwikkeling.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren strategisch bestuurssecretaris. Je overziet complexe bestuurlijke vraagstukken, brengt structuur aan en weegt verschillende belangen zorgvuldig af. Je hebt ruime kennis van governance, compliance en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je communiceert helder, bent organisatiesensitief en neemt op het juiste moment initiatief.

  • Je beschikt over academisch werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bestuurskundige en/of juridische achtergrond
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar ruime ervaring in een strategische en bestuurlijke adviesfunctie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de zorg of in een vergelijkbare complexe organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden.

Waar ga je werken?

Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland biedt alle vormen van ouderenzorg: van wijkverpleging en dagbesteding tot intensieve verpleeghuiszorg in Amstelveen, Amsterdam-Zuid, Ouder-Amstel en De Ronde Venen. Met zo’n 1.300 collega’s, 350 leerlingen en stagiairs en 400 vrijwilligers ondersteunen wij ruim 2.000 cliënten en bewoners. Je komt te werken in een dynamische organisatie waar betrokkenheid, samenwerking en zorg centraal staan.
