Als zorgkundige ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse zorg en draag je bij aan een veilige en aangename leefomgeving. Je combineert professionele zorgtaken met nabijheid en aandacht voor het verhaal van iedere bewoner. Door goed te observeren en veranderingen met verpleegkundigen te bespreken, help je mee om de zorg af te stemmen op wat bewoners nodig hebben.

Bij Zonneweelde kom je terecht in een familiaal huis waar collega’s elkaar kennen en veel medewerkers al jarenlang samenwerken. Als nieuwe collega word je warm ontvangen en krijg je de kans om de werking samen met een collega te leren kennen.

Ook inspraak en samenwerking krijgen hier een duidelijke plek. Tijdens de briefings kunnen medewerkers mee nadenken en bijsturen waar nodig. Zo draag je samen met verschillende disciplines bij aan totaalzorg waarin bewoners zich gezien en gesteund voelen.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken;
  • ondersteunen bij dagelijkse hygiëne, comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;
  • observeren van bewoners en veranderingen bespreken met verpleegkundigen;
  • ondersteunen bij maaltijden, medicatie en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • mee zorgen voor orde, netheid en een warme leefomgeving.

Je bent empathisch en werkt zorgvuldig, met aandacht voor het verhaal en de behoeften van iedere bewoner. Je observeert goed, bespreekt signalen met je collega’s en werkt graag samen om kwaliteitsvolle zorg te bieden. Ervaring is niet vereist. Je bent flexibel en kan ook in drukke momenten professioneel blijven werken.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
