En 4 años, Zoomo ha ayudado a que millones de millas urbanas pasen a realizarse en vehículos eléctricos ligeros, ha formado un equipo de más de 200 ingenieros, operadores, profesionales de ventas y técnicos de reparación de vehículos de primer nivel, ha desarrollado y puesto en marcha las mejores e-bikes de reparto de última milla y el mejor software de gestión de flotas del mundo, y despliega con éxito estas soluciones en distintos países. Operamos en EE. UU., Reino Unido, Europa, Canadá y Australia. Los vehículos de Zoomo son utilizados por grandes empresas de los sectores de comida a domicilio, supermercados y paquetería, con socios como UberEats, Glovo, DoorDash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff y muchos más.

EL PUESTO

Es un puesto de cara al público que combina reparaciones en el taller con tareas de atención al cliente. Serás el primer punto de contacto de los riders cuando lleguen al centro y la persona que les devuelve a la carretera con seguridad. Al menos la mitad de tu tiempo se dedicará al mantenimiento y la reparación de bicicletas.

QUÉ HARÁS

  • Recibir a los riders, entender sus necesidades de reparación y mantenimiento y ofrecerles un servicio eficiente y cercano
  • Gestionar la agenda diaria de citas y atender reparaciones sin cita previa
  • Diagnosticar y reparar e-bikes (y e-mopeds cuando corresponda), explicando el problema y la solución con claridad
  • Realizar reparaciones de alta calidad que garanticen la seguridad del rider y del vehículo
  • Tramitar la documentación de las reparaciones, atender consultas y velar por que las suscripciones se abonen de forma periódica y puntual
  • Atender ocasionalmente solicitudes de asistencia en carretera
  • Cuando no haya un/a Field Ops Associate (recuperación de flota) en el centro, colaborar ocasionalmente en la recuperación de activos de Zoomo cuando sea posible y seguro hacerlo
  • Mantener el taller ordenado, limpio y seguro, y colaborar con el resto del equipo.

Requirements

Qué buscamos

  • Experiencia demostrada como mecánico/a de bicicletas, con buenas habilidades de diagnóstico y reparación (se valorará experiencia con e-bikes o e-mopeds)
  • Sólidas habilidades de atención al cliente y comunicación, incluida la capacidad de explicar cuestiones técnicas a personas sin conocimientos técnicos
  • Experiencia previa en comercio minorista o en un entorno de atención al cliente
  • Capacidad de resolución de problemas y de gestión de la propia carga de trabajo
  • Conocimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad en el taller
  • Familiaridad con baterías de ión de litio
  • Se valorará experiencia en el sector (ciclismo, reparto, movilidad o tecnología)
  • Español imprescindible; se valorarán otros idiomas
