Dit vind je leuk om te doen

Als centrale planner ben jij het brein achter de dagelijkse planning van onze (para)medische teams: verpleegkundigen, kinesisten, diëtisten en logopedisten binnen onze woonzorgcentra en mobiele equipe.

Daarnaast neem je ook de planning op van medewerkers binnen onze jeugdzorg. Een aparte en waardevolle werking waar stabiliteit, afstemming en voorspelbaarheid essentieel zijn voor de zorg en ondersteuning van jongeren.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: je puzzelt, stemt af, zoekt oplossingen én luistert actief naar wat medewerkers nodig hebben om hun job goed te doen.

Je houdt van structuur en denkt altijd twee stappen vooruit. Je plant niet alleen met je hoofd, maar ook met je hart. Want jij begrijpt dat een goed rooster méér is dan een Excel-tabel.

Je werkt nauw samen met een collega centrale planner. Samen zijn jullie het kloppend hart van een grote puzzel die telt – voor bewoners, cliënten én medewerkers.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen

  • Jij zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van verpleegkundigen, referentieverpleegkundigen, expertverpleegkundigen, kinesisten, logopedisten, diëtisten (en interims) binnen onze woonzorgcentra, mobiele equipe en medewerkers binnen jeugdzorg.
  • Jij luistert naar voorkeuren, beschikbaarheden en zorgt mee voor een gezonde werk-privébalans.
  • Jij staat in nauw contact met teamverantwoordelijken, medewerkers en andere planners.
  • Jij reageert snel en creatief op last-minute veranderingen.
  • Samen met je collega planner zorg je voor een beurtrol in de weekendpermanentie, zodat de continuïteit van de planning gegarandeerd blijft.
  • Je brengt structuur in de planning én denkt mee na over bredere optimalisatie van arbeidsorganisatie, bezetting en inzetbaarheid.
