Als Accountmanager Eerstelijnszorg adviseer en verbind je regionale huisartsenorganisaties (RHO’s), RESV's en paramedische netwerken om de digitale samenwerking via ZorgDomein en Boards te versterken. Met jouw commerciële drive en visie op het zorgveld maak jij direct maatschappelijke en regionale impact!

Jouw impact bij ZorgDomein

Jij slaat de brug tussen regionale eerstelijnsorganisaties en onze digitale oplossingen om de zorg efficiënter en toegankelijker te maken. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt structurele, multilevel samenwerkingsrelaties met besluitvormers en stakeholders binnen RHO’s, RESV's en paramedische netwerken. Je stelt regionale accountplannen op en zorgt dat ZorgDomein en Boards structureel op de agenda staan.
  • Je realiseert commerciële groei door klanten te adviseren over passende oplossingen en complexe besluitvormingstrajecten effectief te begeleiden. Consultative selling vormt daarbij de basis van jouw aanpak.
  • Je staat dicht bij klanten en de markt, waardoor je trends, klantbehoeften en strategische ontwikkelingen vroegtijdig signaleert en vertaalt naar kansen voor ZorgDomein en haar klanten.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt ZorgDomein en Boards op regionale bijeenkomsten, netwerkbijeenkomsten en evenementen. Door stakeholders te enthousiasmeren over de mogelijkheden van onze platforms en kennis te delen over actuele ontwikkelingen, draag je bij aan het versterken van regionale samenwerking.

Jouw doel: Binnen 6 maanden heb je een helder beeld van de eerstelijnsorganisaties in jouw regio en werk je met concrete accountplannen. Je weet waar de actuele kansen liggen en bouwt gestaag aan de verankering van ZorgDomein en Boards op de regionale agenda.

Dit ben jij

Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die zich verbonden voelt met onze missie: de patiëntenzorg in Nederland elke dag een stukje beter maken.

  • Je beschikt over een hbo werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur in een commerciële of bedrijfskundige richting).
  • Je hebt 5 tot 8 jaar werkervaring in accountmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg of zorg-IT.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met consultative selling, het opstellen van regionale accountplannen en het zelfstandig voeren van contractonderhandelingen.
  • Je bent sterk in het vertalen van klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen naar concrete commerciële kansen en afspraken.

Wat we jou bieden

  • Dienstverband: Een uitdagende functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Salaris: Tussen de € 4.500,- en € 5.500,- (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband / 40 uur).
  • Pensioen: Een door ZorgDomein volledig betaalde pensioenregeling (6% premie).
  • Verlof: Wij registreren je vakantiedagen niet. We gaan uit van een basis van 25 verlofdagen (o.b.v. 40 uur) per jaar.
