Waar kom je terecht?

Perron 91 (Perspectief en Re-integratie in Ontwikkeling) is een samenwerkingsproject tussen De Sleutel (Ambulant Centrum Mechelen), Weerkracht en CAW Rivierenland. Je komt terecht bij De Sleutel in Mechelen, een organisatie binnen Evara, die vanaf 1 januari 2027 deel zal uitmaken van Zorggroep Multiversum.

Binnen het project bundelen de partners hun expertise om gedetineerden in de gevangenis van Mechelen te begeleiden naar een duurzame re-integratie. Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de gevangenis, de psychosociale dienst en het Agentschap Justitie en Handhaving.

Vanuit De Sleutel ligt de focus op het vergroten van inzicht in verslavingsproblematiek en het motiveren van gedetineerden om na hun detentie een gepaste behandeling of begeleiding op te starten. Zo dragen we bij aan herstel en het voorkomen van herval.

Jouw functie

Als begeleider maak je echt het verschil voor gedetineerden met een verslavingsproblematiek. Je begeleidt, motiveert en ondersteunt hen in hun stappen naar herstel en verdere zorg na detentie.

  • Je bereidt psycho-educatieve groepssessies rond verslaving voor en geeft deze samen met een collega aan gedetineerden in de gevangenis van Mechelen.
  • Je voert intake-, motivatie- en opvolggesprekken met gedetineerden over hun deelname aan de psycho-educatieve sessies en mogelijke begeleiding of behandeling na hun detentie.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op de noden van gedetineerden op het vlak van begeleiding en behandeling, rekening houdend met de mogelijkheden en context van de gevangeniswerking.
  • Je werkt op een vaste werkdag in de gevangenis van Mechelen (bij voorkeur maandag of vrijdag) om de continuïteit van de begeleiding te waarborgen.

In deze functie combineer je individuele begeleiding met groepswerk en draag je actief bij aan herstel, motivatie en een succesvolle doorstroom naar verdere zorg na detentie.

  • Bacheloropleiding in een menswetenschappelijke richting afgerond of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau opgebouwd door ervaring? Een opleiding als ervaringsdeskundige is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Heb je al ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, forensische zorg of verslavingszorg? Dan is dit een sterke troef.
  • Je krijgt energie van netwerken, relaties opbouwen en organisaties enthousiasmeren.
  • Planmatig werken en prioriteiten stellen gaan je vlot af.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Een onvoorspelbare werkomgeving binnen een arresthuis schrikt je niet af.
  • Met je professionele en verbindende communicatie bouw je sterke relaties op met uiteenlopende partners.
