Zorggroep Myna bestaat uit twee psychiatrische ziekenhuizen en twee psychiatrische verzorgingstehuizen. De ziekenhuizen hebben campussen in Sint-Truiden (Stad en Melveren), Munsterbilzen en Maaseik. De verzorgingstehuizen liggen in Sint-Truiden en Tongeren-Borgloon.

K-Delta maakt deel uit van het netwerk LIGANT en richt zich op kinderen en jongeren die vastlopen in hun ontwikkeling en functioneren. We bieden gespecialiseerde zorg aan jongeren van 6 tot 18 jaar, zowel residentieel als poliklinisch.

Binnen K-Delta zijn er vijf units: kindergroep, pubergroep, adolescentengroep, kortdurende interventiegroep tieners en een dagkliniek voor eetstoornissen.

Functieomschrijving:

De beeldend/creatief therapeut op K-Delta gebruikt allerlei creatieve middelen zoals tekenen, schilderen of kleien enz. om kinderen en jongeren te helpen hun gevoelens en ervaringen te uiten. Hij of zij ondersteunt de emotionele, sociale en psychische ontwikkeling door middel van gerichte opdrachten en therapeutische begeleiding. Daarnaast werkt de therapeut samen met het multidisciplinaire team om de behandeling af te stemmen op de individuele noden van het kind of de jongere.

Jouw takenpakket :

  • Het aanbieden van creatieve sessies - met voorkeur voor het beeldende
  • Gebruik makend van specifieke (medium) technieken om het gedragsmatig en socio-emotioneel functioneren te bevorderen
  • Rekening houdend met de werking van het interdisciplinair team
  • Actief deelnemen aan het interdisciplinair overleg
  • De (medium specifieke) observaties uit de sessies rapporteren aan het team en bijdragen aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van het behandelplan
  • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen in het werkveld en het ontwikkelen van de eigen competenties via het volgen van vakliteratuur, intervisie, opleiding en vorming
  • Vertalen van de verworven kennis en nieuwe inzichten naar het team
  • Je bezit een professionele bachelor creatieve therapie of een Banaba creatieve therapie
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en kennis van kinderpsychiatrische problematieken
  • Je bent creatief en inventief in het aanbieden van sessies op maat van de groepen kinderen/jongeren waarmee je werkt
  • Je bent bereid om creatieve/beeldende therapie op indicatie ook aan individuele kinderen/jongeren aan te bieden
  • Je bent luistervaardig, kan (non-)verbale boodschappen correct opnemen, verwerken en hierop ingaan
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je toont initiatief, kan analyseren en prioriteiten stellen zonder de behoeftegerichte zorg uit het oog te verliezen
  • Je bent een teamspeler
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Je reflecteert kritisch over het eigen handelen, dat van het team en van de opgenomen kinderen en jongeren
