Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een leefgroepbegeleider voor de cluster Spika. Deze zorgcluster richt zich op kinderen en jongeren van 6 tot en met 17 jaar met een psychiatrische problematiek of een vermoeden ervan. Tijdens een opname verblijven kinderen en jongeren in een leefgroep met leeftijdsgenoten, waarbij de behandeling zowel uit een groepsaanbod als een geïndividualiseerd programma bestaat.

Als leefgroepbegeleider:

  • Hanteer je een open, respectvolle en warme bejegening en lever je een bijdrage aan een therapeutisch leefklimaat;
  • Kan je de aangeboden begeleiding afstemmen op de noden van het kind of de jongere en zijn/haar gezin en context en betrekt hen actief bij de behandeling;
  • Combineer je een psychiatrische begeleiding met een pedagogische insteek, rekening houdend met de ontwikkelingsfase van het kind of de jongere;
  • Maak je deel uit van een interdisciplinair team en werk je intensief samen met verschillende disciplines (o.a. artsen, psychologen, opvoeders, verpleegkundigen, leerkrachten,…);
  • Ben je reflectief over het eigen functioneren en vraag je regelmatig feedback;
  • Kan je actief luisteren, ben je stressbestendig en flexibel;
  • Beschik je over sterke observationele kwaliteiten en een groot aanpassingsvermogen;
  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring en/of affiniteit met de doelgroep;
  • Beschik je over de nodige vaardigheden in het omgaan met crisissituaties.

Aanwervingsvoorwaarden

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma orthopedagogie, sociale readaptatie wetenschappen of psychologisch assistent
  • Je herkent je in de gevraagde competenties.
