Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar 1 nachtverpleegkundige 50% voor De Zeilen 2. Deze afdeling heeft een behandelaanbod voor volwassenen met een licht tot matige verstandelijke beperking en een psychiatrische stoornis. Psychiatrische problemen bij mensen met een verstandelijke beperking kunnen het resultaat zijn van een complex samenspel van allerlei factoren. De psychiatrische behandeling is gericht op het verhogen van de kwaliteit van leven voor alle betrokkenen. De Zeilen 2 biedt hiervoor een zorgaanbod voor jongvolwassenen en volwassenen (+18 jaar) wonende in de provincie Limburg.

De nachtverpleegkundige :

  • Hanteert een open, respectvolle en warme bejegening.
  • Kan rust behouden op een afdeling en zelfstandig werken.
  • Kan de nachtelijke zorg voor psychisch kwetsbare mensen in goede banen leiden.
  • Begeleidt patiënten mee om een adequaat dag-/nachtritme aan te houden en bekijkt mee wat de individuele noden zijn (individueel behandeltraject)
  • Is reflectief over het eigen functioneren.
  • Kan actief luisteren, is stressbestendig en flexibel, ook in het hanteren van een evenwicht tussen overnemen en loslaten.
  • Beschikt over sterke observationele kwaliteiten en een groot aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Houdt toezicht en vangt nieuwe opnames mee op.
  • Professionele rapportering over het verloop van de nacht, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Heeft wenselijk ervaring en/of affiniteit met de doelgroep.
  • Heeft vaardigheden in het omgaan met crisissituaties.
  • Je werkt 7 nachten (na elkaar) per blok van 4 weken.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde met interesse in GGZ.
  • Je herkent je in de gevraagde competenties
