Wil jij als ervaren HR-professional bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van twee dynamische zorgorganisaties? Zoek je een zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie waarin je adviseert, beleid ontwikkelt en direct betrokken bent bij de organisaties? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou!

Als HR Manager werk je voor Zorgmed Thuiszorg en Kraamzorg VDA en ontvang je rechtstreeks leiding van de bestuurder. Je geeft leiding aan een parttime recruiter en een parttime medewerker HRM en werkt nauw samen met de salarisadministrateur. Onze organisaties en de zorgsoorten die wij bieden zijn volop in ontwikkeling. Als HR Manager krijg je de ruimte om hier actief aan bij te dragen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Manager ben je de spil binnen HR en een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de bestuurder en (team)managers. Je adviseert, ontwikkelt beleid en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.

  • Je adviseert de bestuurder gevraagd en ongevraagd over HR-vraagstukken, organisatieontwikkeling en goed werkgeverschap;
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het HR-beleid en vertaalt relevante wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk;
  • Je ondersteunt (team)managers bij personele vraagstukken, functioneren, arbeidsvoorwaarden, arbeidsrecht en verandertrajecten;
  • Je ontwikkelt het beleid rondom verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid en ondersteunt bij verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten;
  • Je coördineert en voert HR-projecten uit, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van medewerkerstevredenheid en de RI&E;
  • Je bent t.a.v. HR-thema’s sparringpartner voor de OR en verzorgt advies- en instemmingsaanvragen;
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met onder andere de arbodienst, UWV, juridische dienstverleners en het pensioenfonds.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een afgeronde relevante HR-opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau;
  • Ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR-functie, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg;
  • Gedegen kennis van arbeidsrecht en relevante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en organisatiesensitief;
  • Je bent een stevige en prettige gesprekspartner voor de bestuurder, managers en medewerkers;
  • Je weet inhoudelijke onderwerpen met tact, doortastendheid en flair te brengen;
  • Je bent 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
