Wat levert het op?

  • Salaris volgens de CAO VVT (Verzorgende IG FWG 40: €2716,43 – €3733,75 of Verpleegkundige niveau 4 FWG 45: €2881,14 tot €4102,26 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek; Inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring). Boven op je loon ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, een onregelmatigheidstoeslag, reiskosten en vakantiegeld 8%;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 8 – 36 uur per week met zicht op aansluitend een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • 29 vakantiedagen o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Werken binnen een wat kleinere organisatie met een hechte cultuur waar veiligheid, samenwerken en een informele werksfeer belangrijk zijn. Zo zijn teamvergaderingen regelmatig in onze kantoortuin in de zon;
  • Betrokkenheid staat hoog in het vaandel. We organiseren regelmatig personeelsactiviteiten zoals een jaarlijks teamuitje, besteden aandacht aan persoonlijke mijlpalen zoals verjaardagen en organiseren eens per jaar een groot feestelijk evenement voor de gehele organisatie;
