Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal que deseje construir uma trajetória de aprendizado, desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional. Principais atividades:

- Realizar conciliações contábeis, garantindo a consistência entre os registros contábeis, financeiros e de folha de pagamento; - Conferir e analisar folha de pagamento, encargos sociais, provisões de férias, 13º salário e benefícios; - Identificar e tratar divergências, promovendo os ajustes necessários e acompanhando as regularizações junto às áreas envolvidas; - Apoiar os fechamentos mensais, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos; - Atuar na interface entre Departamento Pessoal, Contabilidade e Financeiro, contribuindo para a integridade dos processos e informações;

Requisitos para fazer parte da nossa equipe:

- Curso técnico ou Graduação completa ou andamento em RH, Administração ou áreas afins); - Experiência anterior nas rotinas de Departamento Pessoal; - Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista; - Conhecimento em Excel; - Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade; - Conhecimento no sistema Sênior é um diferencial.
