The posting

  • Als IT System Engineer werk je nauw samen met de IT Manager en externe dienstverleners om nieuwe oplossingen te ontwikkelen.
  • Je neemt een hands-on rol aan bij specifieke inhouse projecten, terwijl andere projecten worden uitbesteed. Je volgt deze projecten op en zorgt ervoor dat deze binnen de gestelde deadlines en budgetten worden afgerond.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten gelinkt aan systeembeheer, inclusief ICT, telecommunicatie, IT security en netwerkbeheer, dit in nauwe samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
  • Je volgt meldingen uit proactieve monitoring op en reageert hier adequaat op.
  • Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het maken en regelmatig testen van back-ups en zorg je ervoor dat alle systemen up-to-date zijn met de nieuwste firmware.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en handhaving van IT-procedures die aansluiten bij de operationele behoeften van Zoutman.
  • IT security draag je hoog in het vaandel, en je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor NIS2.
  • Verder behandel je ook issues die door IT support worden geëscaleerd.
  • Je rapporteert aan de IT Manager.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in ICT/Informatica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een ondersteunende ICT-functie.
  • Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar. Je kan professioneel omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie en data.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en hebt een hands-on aanpak bij problemen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en punctueel, documenteert wat je doet en volgt afspraken en procedures consequent op.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en je bent in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen, planmatig en organisatorisch te werk te gaan.
  • Je kent meerdere van deze domeinen: Windows Server, Active Directory en Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualisatie, back-up, networking, monitoring en endpointbeheer.
  • Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Roeselare, maar bent ook bereid om sporadisch vanuit onze vestiging in Gent zeehaven te werken.
