1、本科及以上学历，智能消费终端或通讯行业3年以上项目管理经验； 2、熟悉智能硬件从研发到生产工艺流程，了解项目生命周期包括生产制造和后续工程支持； 3、精通项目过程管理，对IPD等开发流程有实际应用经验及深刻理解； 4、项目管理知识扎实，有较强的风险识别与管控意识，较强的抗压能力； 5、有良好的沟通能力和项目管理能力，富有团队精神；良好自我管理能力、执行力和沟通技巧； 6、具有良好的执行力和责任心，能推动项目团队朝目标前进。
