The posting

Voor cliënten met NAH in regio Nijmegen zoeken we per direct zo’n coach: iemand die kansen ziet, deuren opent en samen met de cliënt kleine en grote successen viert.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris volgens cao Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 45 (max. €4.347 bruto p/m o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 16–20 uur per week

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een zorgopleiding op minimaal niveau 4 en ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg. De opleiding IVB (Individuele Vraaggestuurde Benadering) kun je via ons volgen. Je bent bereid de opleiding IVB (Individuele Vraag gestuurde Benadering) via Combo te volgen. Daarnaast ben jij iemand die:

  • methodisch werkt en tegelijk warm en klantgericht is;
  • proactief durft te zijn, ook richting werkgevers;
  • kansen ziet binnen de Participatiewet en Wmo;
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert;
  • sterk communiceert en ontwikkelingsgericht werkt;
  • een netwerk heeft in Nijmegen - of de gave heeft dit razendsnel op te bouwen;
  • kennis van NAH is een pre.

Wat ga je doen?

Onze cliënten willen meedoen, bijdragen en groeien in de maatschappij. Jij helpt ze bij elke stap richting een passende werkplek. Dat doe je niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar actief, persoonlijk en met aandacht.

Concreet betekent dat dat jij:

  • de wensen, talenten en mogelijkheden van cliënten in kaart brengt.
  • intakegesprekken voert met cliënten (soms samen met ouders of collega’s).
  • actief werkgevers benadert en passende werkplekken vindt.
  • cliënten begeleidt bij de start: introductie, afspraken, contracten.
  • op de werkplek aanwezig bent om te coachen, af te stemmen en vertrouwen te bouwen.
  • regelmatig contact houdt met werkgevers, cliënten en betrokkenen.
  • adviseert over wet- en regelgeving (arbeid, uitkeringen, subsidies).
  • de nodige administratie bijhoudt.
  • aansluit bij netwerken en overleggen met o.a. UWV en Gemeente Nijmegen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht bij team de Liemers begeleid werken, waar je nauw samenwerkt met drie anderen jobcoaches. Hoewel je een eigen werkplek hebt op De Lockhorst in Didam, zal vooral je werkgebied in- en rond Nijmegen zijn. Daar bezoek je cliënten, stap je binnen bij bedrijven en bouw je aan duurzame werkrelaties. Je werkt hybride, precies op de plekken waar jij op dat moment het meest van betekenis kunt zijn.
