Ben jij een stabiele en daadkrachtige zorgprofessional? We zijn op zoek naar een specialistisch begeleider (24-36 uur) met ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg. Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris: tot maximaal € 4.475 bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur), inclusief arbeidsmarkttoeslag (boven het maximum van FWG 45)
  • Onbepaalde tijd, 24–36 uur. Andere wensen? We denken graag mee.

  • Actieve personeelsvereniging: o.a. musicals, ski-, of citytrip, Vrienden van Amstel, Dauwpop)

Wie ben jij?

Als specialistisch begeleider in een VIC-zorgomgeving (Very Intensive Care) bied je intensieve begeleiding en zorg aan ernstig verstandelijk beperkte cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Je werkt methodisch en vanuit een vast VIC team, waarin je rust en stabiliteit uitstraalt. Met jouw aanwezigheid creëer je een veilige, gestructureerde leefomgeving en bied je onvoorwaardelijke nabijheid en voorspelbaarheid, precies wat deze cliënten nodig hebben om tot bloei te komen.

Daarnaast neem jij mee:

  • Niveau 4 zorgopleiding (bijv. MMZ, SPW, Social Work)
  • Ervaring met EVB+/MVG en complexe zorgvragen
  • Kalmte, methodisch werken, stevig, empathisch én professioneel
  • Zelfstandigheid en teamspirit
  • Mentale en fysieke balans

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt cliënten met EVB+ en complex gedrag in een voorspelbare, veilige omgeving. Je ondersteunt hen bij hun dagelijkse leven, waaronder ook zorgtaken (ADL) waar nodig. Je signaleert spanning, handelt preventief en werkt nauw samen met gedragswetenschappers en collega’s. Samen met je team bied je onze cliënten de aandacht en nabijheid die ze nodig hebben. Naast reguliere diensten bieden we ook lange diensten van 12 uur. Hierdoor zijn er volop mogelijkheden voor grote contracten en veel uren. In de toekomst verwachten we bovendien de mogelijkheid om slaapdiensten aan te bieden.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op een woning op het prachtige landgoed De Lathmer in Wilp, gelegen tussen Deventer en Apeldoorn. Alles is ingericht op rust, overzicht en veiligheid voor cliënten én medewerkers. Je staat er nooit alleen voor.
