Die ZPUE Group ist eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe im Energiesektor mit starkem Wachstumskurs. Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir eine:n Senior Controller:in (m/w/d), die:der die finanzielle Steuerung mehrerer Gesellschaften verantwortet und als Business Partner für Management und Fachbereiche agiert. Du führst die Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanung end-to-end, steuerst das monatliche Performance-Reporting inkl. Abweichungs-, Cash- und Working-Capital-Analysen und präsentierst die Ergebnisse an die Geschäftsführung. Mit modernen BI- und Reporting-Tools treibst du Transparenz, Standardisierung und Automatisierung voran, leitest Optimierungs- sowie Investitions-/Projektcontrolling-Themen und übernimmst fachliches Mentoring für das Controlling-Team. Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du erstellst Budgets, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Die Analyse von GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports
  • Du agierst als Business Partner für Management und Fachbereiche
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB unterstützt du aktiv das Finance-Team
  • Das Kostenstellen-, Projekt- und Ergebniscontrolling betreust du eigenverantwortlich
  • Du entwickelst KPI-, Reporting- und Dashboard-Strukturen weiter
  • Du wirkst bei ERP-, BI- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten mit
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du stellvertretend die Bereiche Buchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Du betreust mindestens vier Gesellschaften in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Finance
  • Du übernimmst fachliches Mentoring für weniger erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen und unterstützt sie durch Training-on-the-Job, strukturierten Wissenstransfer und konstruktives Feedback

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Finance oder Accounting
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe IT-Affinität
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI und Power Pivot
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft an unsere vier Standorte
