Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden – über Telefon, persönliche Gespräche und digitale Kanäle.
  • Dabei erkennst du schnell, was Kunden wirklich brauchen, und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen.
  • Langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen, ist für dich genauso wichtig wie der erste Abschluss.
  • Neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizierst du eigenständig und gehst diese gezielt an.
  • Angebote erstellst du strukturiert und verfolgst sie konsequent bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Verhandlungen führst du souverän, mit dem klaren Ziel: Win-win für beide Seiten.
  • Markttrends und Wettbewerb hast du im Blick und nutzt diese Insights für deine Vertriebsstrategie.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Technik, Marketing und Service sorgst du für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich der elektrischen Anlagen (z.B. Nieder- und Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen, Umspannwerke, Schaltanlagen).
  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss einer technischen Universität oder einer Meistertitel, vorzugsweise im Energiebereich oder Elektrotechnik.
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse des Energiesektors in Deutschland mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Analytisches Denken, Unabhängigkeit im Handeln und sehr gute Arbeitsorganisation aus.
  • Du sprichts Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und Marktkenntnisse in Bezug auf technische Anforderungen sind vor Vorteil.
