Zur Unterstützung unserer Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir für einen Zeitraum von ca. 6 Monaten eine zuverlässige und engagierte Unterstützung. Dabei geht es nicht um klassische Buchhaltungstätigkeiten, sondern vor allem darum, unserem Team im administrativen Tagesgeschäft den Rücken freizuhalten.

Ob du bereits kaufmännische Erfahrung mitbringst oder als Quereinsteiger ein gutes Gespür für Organisation und sorgfältiges Arbeiten hast - wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser Finanzbuchhaltungsteam bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du suchst, prüfst auf Vollständigkeit und sortierst Rechnungen, Belege und weitere Unterlagen.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die strukturierte Ablage und Digitalisierung buchhaltungsrelevanter Dokumente.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung eingehender Post, Briefe und allgemeiner Korrespondenz.
  • Du recherchierst fehlende Rechnungen und Unterlagen und unterstützt bei deren Beschaffung.
  • Du hilfst bei der Klärung offener administrativer Vorgänge und übernimmst allgemeine Zuarbeiten.
  • Du sorgst mit deiner sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise dafür, dass unsere Finanzbuchhalter sich auf ihre Kernaufgaben konzentrieren können.

Was du mitbringst

  • Idealerweise hast du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrung in einem administrativen Bereich.
  • Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig.
  • Du bist gut organisiert und behältst auch bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, v.a. Excel
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, hilfsbereit und hast Lust, dich aktiv einzubringen.
