Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe zon- en warmteprojecten van A tot Z gerealiseerd worden, van de eerste haalbaarheidsstudie tot een geslaagde oplevering. Met onze variëteit aan projecten kunnen we totaaloplossingen rond energie en warmte aanbieden. Jij brengt die technisch en financieel in kaart.

Technische en financiële uitwerking

• Je maakt haalbaarheidsanalyses en ontwerpen voor zonne-installaties, batterijen, collectieve warmtepompen en warmtenetten.

• Je maakt projectcalculaties en sluitende businesscases: investerings- en exploitatiekosten, terugverdientijd, rendement en scenario’s bij wijzigende energieprijzen of subsidies.

• Je stelt bestekken en prijsvragen op en werkt samen met studiebureaus, installateurs en de netbeheerder.

Uitvoering en opvolging

• Je volgt projecten op tijdens de uitvoering: planning, budget, vergunningen en subsidiedossiers.

• Je bewaakt de technische en contractuele opvolging van opgeleverde installaties.

• Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en informeert bewoners over aansluitingen op onze warmtenetten, onder meer via infosessies.

Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor je takenpakket, maar wordt omringd door een gedreven en enthousiast team dat steeds meedenkt en helpt waar nodig. Je denkt mee over de strategische keuzes voor onze zon- en warmtetak.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en bij voorkeur 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of projectontwikkeling, liefst in de energie- of bouwsector.

• Technisch inzicht: je kent zonne-energie en/of duurzame warmte, of je maakt je die snel eigen.

• Analytisch en cijfervaardig: je rekent projecten financieel door en onderbouwt ze met een sterke businesscase.

• Communicatief en zelfstandig: je beheert meerdere projecten tegelijk en legt technische keuzes helder uit, zowel aan een bedrijfsleider als aan bewoners op een infoavond.

Ervaring met warmtepompen, warmtenetten, PV, batterijen of laadinfra is een pluspunt, net als kennis van subsidies en overheidsopdrachten, een netwerk in de regio Antwerpen en een rijbewijs B. Bovenal geloof je in een energietransitie waarin burgers mee eigenaar zijn.
