Du kennst vielleicht schon unsere Sylter Salatfrische und unsere Desserts aus dem Kühlregal.

Seit einem Jahr sind wir mit der Landhof Küche zusätzlich im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel: Suppen und Gerichte, gekocht von echten Köchen, mit Zutaten vom eigenen Hof – direkt vor den Augen der Kundschaft zubereitet.

Durch neue Zentrallagerlistungen verkosten wir ab sofort deutlich mehr in den norddeutschen Supermärkten als bisher.

Dafür suchen wir dich: jemanden, der unsere Produkte nicht nur zubereitet, sondern mit Überzeugung an den Mann und die Frau bringt.

WIR BIETEN DIR

  • Feste Einsatztage: donnerstags, freitags, samstags – planbar von jetzt bis voraussichtlich Jahresende, Verlängerung möglich
  • Kurze Wege: Märkte innerhalb Hamburgs und weiter nördlich
  • 200 € pro Einsatztag, die du uns in Rechnung stellst (inkl. gesetzlicher USt, sofern für dich anwendbar) – bei drei Einsatztagen pro Woche macht das 600 € Rechnungsbetrag zzgl. Kilometererstattung
  • Fahrtkosten: jeweils 40 km für die Hin- und Rückfahrt sind mit dem Tagessatz abgegolten, jeder weitere gefahrene Kilometer wird mit 0,38 € erstattet
  • Zügige Rechnungsbearbeitung und Ausgleich: wir prüfen und begleichen deine Rechnungen zeitnah, damit du als Selbstständige:r verlässlich planen kannst
  • Keine eigenen Materialkosten: Verkostungsware kaufst du im Markt ein, wir erstatten dir die Auslagen gegen Beleg vollständig
  • Komplette Ausstattung leihweise: Counter, Schürze, Kochgeschirr, Kochplatte, Roll-up und alles, was du für die Verkostung brauchst
  • Einarbeitung: vor deinem ersten Einsatz stellen wir dir Produkte und Ablauf vor, damit du direkt sicher auftreten kannst
  • Direkter Draht zu uns: wir stimmen die Markttermine persönlich mit dir ab

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du baust am Vormittag deinen Verkostungsstand im Markt auf, bereitest unsere Produkte frisch zu und kommst mit den Kund:innen ins Gespräch. Du erklärst, was die Landhof Küche besonders macht, gibst Zubereitungstipps und sorgst für spürbare Abverkaufserfolge. Am Ende des Tages nimmst du die Rückmeldungen aus dem Markt mit – deine Beobachtungen fließen direkt in unsere Arbeit ein.

Ein typischer Einsatztag: ca. 10:30 Uhr Aufbau bis 18:00 Uhr (rund 7,5 Stunden vor Ort).

DEIN PROFIL

  • Wohnsitz in Hamburg und eigener Pkw für die Anfahrt zu den Märkten
  • Angemeldetes Gewerbe bzw. selbstständige Tätigkeit mit eigener Rechnungsstellung
  • Gültige Belehrung nach § 43 Infektionsschutzgesetz und Hygieneschulung nach LMHV – oder die Bereitschaft, beides vor deinem ersten Einsatz nachzuholen
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Verkaufsförderung oder im Lebensmittelhandwerk
